Prior to your visit, your spa lifestyle consultant will contact you—free of charge—to determine your health and wellness concerns, arranging anything from fitness, nutrition, or relaxation needs.  Schedules can include an in-room massage at any time; personal training, yoga or meditation on your private veranda, as well as a one-on-one nutrition consultation in your room.  Fitness equipment like dumbbells and yoga mats are provided in each suite.

The rooms have an air purification system, which goes through a seven-step cleaning process treating the walls, bed covers, and air, which creates an “allergy-friendly” atmosphere. Special pillows are provided along with a Guided Relaxation for Sleep TV channel so you won’t find yourself counting sheep.
