Sandra Ingerman, M.A., teaches workshops worldwide on shamanism and about ways to counteract environmental pollution through the use of spiritual methods. She is also the founder of Medicine for the Earth, an international alliance of shamanic teachers. In this audio work course, she leads listeners on seven separate guided meditations, including Observing the World through Spirit Eyes, Journey to the Middle World: Releasing into the Earth, and Grounding Exercise with a Tree. The two-hour long CD also includes an overview of shamanism.
