You’ve already learned how to ease your bags. Now its time to get at the dark circles that haunt many of us. To start, you’ll want a concealer that MATCHES your skin tone. The whole idea of going lighter is false. It will only accentuate the circles themselves. Also, adding more vitamin K foods to your diet can help with any darkness—leafy greens are a great choice.

The damage is done for many of us. Sun damage that is. But you can prevent future damage by wearing sunscreen and glasses and try adding an eye oil to your regime to help with the fine lines creeping around your eyes.

Also, don’t underestimate the amazing powers of green tea. Cool some tea bags and place them on your eyes for 20 minutes, they do wonders!

Finally, I’m a firm believer in yoga, and any pose that helps restore oxygen and blood flow to the body will help you look more refreshed. Try a restorative pose like Reclining Bound Angle to ease laugh lines, or try a mild inversion like Downward Facing Dog to get your glow on!
