Sitting Deep Breath
Continued from our Retreat & Renew Daily Tip.
Ready to dive deep? Try this easy and meditative breathing exercise:
- Sit in any comfortable position.
- Interlace your fingers. Place clasped hands underneath your chin (chin is resting on interlaced fingers). Elbows point downward.
- Inhale deeply and slowly raise your elbows as high as you can.
- Exhale slowly and drop your head as far back as possible without overextending your neck. Bring your elbows down so they touch. Hands remain clasped under your chin.
- Drop your chin. Inhale and repeat 2 more times.
- Repeat for 4 more rounds.
