What better way to truly honor the holiday spirit than to serve your guests healthy, and delicious food? We turned to renowned spa chef, Bill Wavrin, who has worked at such properties as Rancho La Puerta, The Golden Door, and Miraval, and is currently the Executive Chef at Glen Ivy Resort for his take on the traditional meal.
His advice for aspiring spa chefs? “Look to fresh and seasonal. And, zest dishes up with fresh herbs, garlic, limes, lemons, and citrus-infused vinegars. Let the whole grains and vegetables be the main focus of the meal.”
