  2. ExerciseTV is a membership-driven site that features personal trainers leading you through everything from bootcamp workouts to regular aerobic classes.

  3. And our favorite fitness DVD company, Acacia, offers FREE Daily Workouts on their site. It varies each day. For instance, today the top workouts included a yoga practice with Shiva Rea, “Dance of the Kama Sutra”, and Belly Dancing. What an awesome way to try their teachers and DVDs!
