How much can you really change your day in 10 minutes?
According to research, in 10 minutes a day you might be able to change more than your day or week.
Ten minutes could change your life.
I recently began a meditation practice myself, dedicating 10 minutes of each morning to the emptying of my mind, and the effect has been dramatic.
Who knew that by the time I crawled out of bed, showered, and dressed, that my mind was already racing with the thousand things I hoped to accomplish before noon?
Slowing down at the very beginning of the day has enabled me to be more productive with my time, more focused, and more patient for both work and my family.
But beyond the meditation cushion, giving yourself 10 minutes to decompress, exercise, or pause can help you with weight loss goals, stress, and even your afternoon slump.
