Although breast cancer is not the leading cause of death in women (heart disease is), it lurks in every woman’s mind due to the intimate nature and the rapidness of its onset.
Over the last decade, many advances have been made in the fields of research and treatment, but did you know that there are a handful of things you could do—or better yet—not do that might reduce your risk of breast cancer?
While the soy debate is still very much a debate, other correlations appear to be mounting.
A variety of products found on the shelves of the supermarket today contain hormone disruptors, chemicals that interfere with such hormones as estrogen.
