Bag That Under-Eye Puffiness
Melissa Williams, HL&S Editor | Co-Owner, Yoga Junction
The other day, while in the checkout line at the grocery store, I looked up to see a camera offering a not-so-flattering reflection of my incredibly tired face.
What gives?!
As I stared into my dark circles and baggy eyes, I knew that something had to be done.
Especially given my editorial position with a publication that deals with such things...
...I have the resources I need to come up with some very effective remedies!
And considering that MORE sleep isn’t going to work in my household, I knew I needed to re-educate myself about natural cures for tired eyes.
Whether you work a 60-hour/week job, or feel like you do just staying at home, most women feel like they look a lot older than they actually are.
Here are some easy and quick fixes I uncovered, and truth-be-told, just spending a few extra minutes each day has made an improvement in my appearance!
-
The easiest trick for eliminating bags under your eyes is to apply your moisturizer under the eyes and gently tap the area, helping release fluid
-
Also, a good night’s rest (duh!) and a hydrated body (lots of water!), will help ease bags. Both should be no-brainer regular practices
