I’ve made a pact to myself to continue to stand after getting home from work and, turns out, forcing myself to make this extra time on my feet a habit has become one of the most productive times of my day.

Instead of throwing my purse on the counter and getting cozy with the remote, I continue to stand, which gives me the energy to prep dinner, sort through laundry or complete other to-do list responsibilities before kicking back for the day.
