I started having panic attacks in high school, so bad that on two occasions I almost went to the ER out of concern of a heart attack.
Once I introduced yoga into my life, my panic attacks fizzled nearly completely.
But unfortunately anxiety and stress do raise their fiery heads on occasion and even though I’m a yoga teacher, sometimes the anxiety gets the best of me.
What can we do to help calm our senses when the world seems to be going awry?
Your diet is a great place to start, not only what you should avoid but also what you could possibly increase in the forms of supplements.
