Yield: 1 serving
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup organic strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 cup walnuts (soaked overnight in water for easier digestion)
- 2 heaped tablespoons raw cacao
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 3 strawberries
- buckwheat granola (optional)
- mint (optional)
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Put in a glass and garnish with sliced banana, strawberries, raw granola and mint.
