Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free oats (or whatever oats you’d like if you aren’t gluten-free)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cacao nibs (can also use chocolate chips or dried fruit)

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except cacao nibs in a medium bowl thoroughly.
  2. Add cacao nibs until combined.
  3. Line a 8 x 8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  4. Spread mixture into pan and smooth out evenly.
  5. Place into refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
  6. Cut into 8 bars. ENJOY!
