Ingredients for 2 smoothies
- 2 large bananas, sliced
- 8 ripe strawberries, hulled
- 2 Tablespoons fresh, grated ginger
- 2 cups sweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- a pinch of cinnamon
- handful of ice cubes
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a blender and pulse until very smooth and no ice chunks remain.
- Pour into glasses and serve.
