It’s super healthy, containing tuna steak, soy sauce, mustard, honey, ginger and sprouts…and is a crowd-pleasing alternative to beef. For the freshest, best burgers, use sushi-grade tuna. But regular, grocery store tuna steaks work too. Sometimes you can even get it at a discounted price if you buy the smaller steaks, since it doesn’t matter once you grind it into a patty.
