The best place to store your toothbrush is in a clean and dry area such as a medicine cabinet or cupboard. You and your smile will thank you for taking the extra step.
Drink more water
People who drink more water usually have fewer cavities than those who do not. Drinking water is an important step in having a healthy smile; water acts as a natural mouthwash and removes food particles and bacteria buildup.
Replace your toothbrush
Ehen the last time you replaced your toothbrush? Many people do not replace the toothbrush enough, therefore they just end up washing and mixing bacteria and plaque around in their mouth. Your toothbrush can hold onto germs that float around in the air for a healthy smile. For improved oral health replace your toothbrush every 2 to 3 months.
