Pure Water – Efforts to supply pure water begin with the reverse osmosis water filtration systems Kanaya offers in all its homes. Kanaya’s 60-foot solar-heated lap pool is also purified without the use of chlorine.

Proper Exercise – In addition to the lap pool, the Kanaya building will have two workout rooms, one for Pilates and yoga, and the other for weights and cardiovascular training. Residents will not have an excuse for not exercising.

Adequate Rest – To minimize noise and insure that residents receive adequate rest, Kanaya has mandated such building requirements as laying cork under hardwood floors to minimize noise.

Peace of Mind – In addition to adhering to Feng Shui, Kanaya promotes peace of mind through its outdoor gardens and labyrinths as well as through its high-tech fire prevention and security systems.
