- Stare at your nose without blinking for as long as possible.
- Focus on the area between the eyebrows above your nose.
- Without turning your head, look all the way to the left, then all the way to the right, with eyes wide open. Repeat four to six times. Do the same to the upper left and upper right.
- Lie on your back, palms up and legs shoulder-width apart. Close your eyes. Breathe into your belly. Feel it expand as it fills with air. Continue for a few minutes and then open your eyes. Look at some object. Close your eyes again and continue to visualize it. This helps balance mental focus with imagination.
- Throughout the day, cover your eyes and sockets with the palm of both hands. Overlap your fingers on your forehead for one minute.
- Hold up one finger in front of your nose and focus on your fingerprint, then out the window at the horizon. Do that four times and rest.
