Baby Mixed Greens 3 ounces
Grapes 2 ounces
Celery, thinly sliced 1 ounce
Walnuts, roasted 2 ounces
Cranberries, dried 1 ounce
Blue Cheese (or feta) 1 ounce
Mint 4 leaves
Red Onion, thinly sliced 0.5 ounce
Cucumber, diced 2 ounces
Strawberries, sliced .25 cup
Blueberries .25 cup
Pomegranate Vinaigrette 2 ounces
Salt & Black Pepper To Taste (yes, salt on a salad helps up the flavor just a little is always a great thing!)
(Keep in mind, I am not huge into exact measurements. If you’re not either, let the measurements give you a basic idea of approximately how much of each ingredient you should use).
Method
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and toss with dressing to serve.
