The Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa continues to take full advantage of her prime location on the serine waters of Mission Bay. The Catamaran Spa is as unique in its treatments as it is in its function and local. Featured treatments and Specialized Rituals are based on Polynesian, Thai and a verity of other South Pacific traditions.

Spa & Salon Services
The spa offers a wide range restorative treatments including therapeutic and meditative massages, facials, body wraps, Vichy shower and hydrotherapy. Additionally the Spa offers a full service salon. The Spa encompass approximately 9,300 square feet, boasting ten individual treatment rooms, a Ritual room, a Vichy shower room, and a couple’s room. Both men's and women's locker rooms include steam and sauna rooms. Guests also enjoy the outdoor whirlpool with 180-degree views of Mission Bay. Located in the reception area of the Catamaran Spa, the Boutique features a wide selection of unique product lines and gifts. We offer everyth! ing from our exclusive private label line of Persian Lime and Tahitian Vanilla, to our featured True and Phytomer facial lines. The products that we carry reflect those used in our treatments, allowing guests to re-create their spa experience at home.

Health Education/Fitness
The Catamaran Fitness Club 95is an exclusive membership facility with no more than 125 members. The new health club and it's amenities will offer the latest in cardio and strength training equipment, including top-of-the-line treadmills, elliptical trainers, stationary cycles and weight training equipment. Fresh air yoga classes will be offered on a secluded lawn that adjoins one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the area. Just steps away from the hotel and Spa, guests may jog or walk along Mission Bay and the Pacific Shores along 10 miles of picturesque boardwalk
