Description The Regency Health Spa is a member of the 25 Destination Spa Group. The Destination Spa Group is an organization that includes some of the most prestigious spas in North America. The mission of all of our members is to educate guests about the unique wellness and self improvement opportunities of the Destination Spa Group. Our goal at the Regency is to enrich the ancient tradition of healing retreats by offering guests a nurturing environment in which they can discover and promote wellness in their lives. Splendid Accommodations Discover Florida's only destination oceanfront health resort, the Regency Health Resort and Spa, offering a unique mix of comfort and warmth. Book an oceanfront room and wake to the sound of lapping waves on the shore, while the sun breaches the horizon and warms the soul. The Regency Health Spa offers newly updated hotel rooms that can accommodate up to 70 people. They range from regular standard rooms to studios. Also available are 1 and 2 bedroom suites and some oceanfront standard rooms. Healthy Dining The Regency is the only fully vegetarian health spa located directly on the ocean. If you are looking to lose weight, we have one of the most successful, healthy weight loss programs available. The Regency is also one of the premier juice and water fasting spas in the country. Fasting programs can help people detoxify, energize, promote weight loss and reduce cravings and addictions. Every fast is personally supervised by our Health Director Dr. Frank Sabatino an expert in nutrition and fasting care. Spa & Salon Services Indulge yourself at the Spa at the Regency Health Resort, the ultimate oasis with a complete menu of spa services featuring the premier skincare line of Aveda®. From aromatherapy massages to body polishes and European facials, there is a world of treatments to experience. Soothing massage therapies, skin and body treatments drawing from European and Eastern principles, expert hair and nail services, and signature natural treatments utilizing plants and minerals, characterize the range and variety of treatments and services offered at Regency Health Resort and Spa. Within our spa center, a peaceful sanctuary invites introspection and the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation. Health Education/Fitness The Regency offers entry level classes for guests starting on the fitness journey and advanced classes for fit guests. Currently we offer two aqua classes per day, one in the ocean when possible. We have dance, low impact aerobic and step classes weekly. Strength training classes are provided daily. Pilates, various forms of yoga and Tai Chi round out the program along with walks on the nearby Hollywood broadwalk every morning.Our guests are encouraged to find activities that they enjoy and feel they can stick with, and then vary it with other activities so there is never a dull moment. For example, 3 days a week, they can take a brisk, 30-minute walk with a friend and then lift some weights together.
