Layer One: Buckwheat granola

Layer Two: Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 8 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon maca (energy boost)
  • 1 teaspoon baobab (optional)

Directions

Mix everything well in a glass jar, store in the fridge overnight.

Layer Three: Dragonfruit protein smoothie

Ingredients

  • Pitaya Plus raw frozen dragonfruit (1 pack)
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 scoop plant based protein

Directions

Blend on high speed.

Toppings

Buckwheat granola, peanut butter, raspberries, coconut chips, pecans or walnuts.
