- Puree kale into hummus or add some cleaned leaves to soups in the last few minutes of cooking.
- Finely chop fresh kale alongside cubed apples, walnuts, and toss with balsamic vinegar for flavor that will please the foodies.
- Try an easy and colorful ‘assembly’ recipe of Confetti Kale by chopping kale and adding fresh or canned corn, chopped red bell pepper, garlic, squeeze of lime, and salt and pepper.
