Meals and portion sizes are customized for each client’s Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), body fat ratio, activity level, and calorie intake. Typical plans include five to six balanced gourmet meals per day, and may include meal replacement bars that have the same nutritional profile as a meal. All ingredients are sourced from organic farms, and are prepared free of additives and genetically modified organisms. Menus vary depending upon seasonally available ingredients, and may include Cider Glazed Chicken & Roasted Garlic Potatoes, Turkey & Roasted Pumpkin Fettuccini, and familiar comfort foods such as Chili Mac. Chefs at O.N.I. handcraft each meal on a weekly basis, and they’re frozen and shipped out across the U.S. or delivered fresh to local addresses within the company’s immediate driving range in San Diego County, California.
