Wisdom Body Scrub treatment gently stimulates circulation while polishing the body to reveal radiant, healthy skin. Focusing on dehydrated, dry or aging skin.

Ancient grains of amaranth seed have incredible nutrient value of proteins, vitamins, minerals, gluten free; complete amino acids to help enhance, restore and revitalize tired dry skin.

 

Ingredients

Real Salt contains over 60 natural trace minerals including silicon. Silicon known as the regenerator; is needed to strengthen and increase collagen and connective tissue that binds everything together.

Amaranth Seed Flour – high in protein, vitamins and minerals; rich in the amino acids; lysine, calcium, iron, magnesium, and folate. Amaranth is also a good source of potassium, phosphorus, and vitamins A, C, and E. Gluten free.

Oatmeal high concentration of salicylic acid which helps to reduce itch and irritation for sensitive skin; soothing, cleansing and exfoliating providing the bonus of a natural, healthy glow.

Jojoba Oil closely resembles the skin’s own natural oils. Antioxidant; moisturizing healing benefits.

Grapeseed Oil – helps to tone and tighten the skin; moisturizer; contains a high amount of linoleic acid, which is a fatty acid essential for the health of the skin and cell membranes.

Rose Hip Powder Rich in Vit C, a known antioxidant and cell regenerator. Helps moisturize and hydrate the skin; firm and tones skin tissue.

Rosemary Essential Oil Stimulating, strengthening, restorative, reviving; and refreshing.

Recipe for (1) at home-spa-treatment

 

1. Grind rose hips in blender to make ½ teaspoon add to mixing bowl
2. Grind ¼ cup of oatmeal add to mix
3. Add Amaranth Flour (Red Mill) ¼ cup to mix
4. Add ¼ cup of Real Salt (fine)
5. Blend in ¼ cup of grapeseed and jojoba oil for a total of ½ cup to the mix
6. Add 20 drops of rosemary essential oil, blend

Directions

Apply the salt scrub on skin, begin with slow circular motion toward the heart from extremities to stimulate blood circulation and the opening of lymph channels to release stresses. Special attention should be given to dry, rough areas such as heel, foot and knees. Rinse and pat dry.
