Farm-Fresh Beauty

Following in the footsteps of the six generations of family farmers who came before her, Lily Morgan of Lily Organics Dew Fresh produces handmade skincare products on her Colorado organic farm. The daughter of a horticulturist, she handcrafts her line from ingredients gathered fresh each week.

Not only has the company been awarded organic certification by the Colorado Department of Agriculture, Morgan’s commitment to the environment extends to bottling her pure concoctions in recycled containers, and using recycled materials for shipping. “By growing organic ingredients, packaging in glass, and producing little waste”, explains Morgan, “we are doing our part to reduce the carbon footprint.” Her sweetly scented selection of toners, cleansers, serums, mists, lotions, creams, and masks incorporate nourishing ingredients that include fresh herbs, pure essential oils, shea butter, soy protein, nut oils, tea tree oil, Irish moss, witch hazel, and kosher vegetable glycerin.

Her Organic Rose Facial Toner is made with organic rose bud tincture and pure essential oil of rose, while the Organic Lavender Moisturizing Cream is a delicate blend of lily flower extract, sweet almond oil, citrus seed extract, organic lavender flower tincture, and essential oil of lavender. Morgan also offers a collection of unscented alternatives for sensitive skin, and products designed especially for active outdoor lifestyles.

Healing Lifestyles & Spas Team

Healing Lifestyles & Spas began as Healing Retreats & Spas back in 1997 with the premise and mission of bringing and making healing modalities and spa wisdom mainstream. It quickly became obvious, however, that while retreats were an integral part of the spa experience, what the magazine really hoped to do was bring the spa home, allowing readers to create a truly healing lifestyle, and thus the name change in 2001 to Healing Lifestyles & Spas.
