Ingredients
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter or nut butter of choice
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 2 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients except chocolate chips together in a medium size bowl.
- Fold in chocolate chips and mix again
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with sliced fruit, organic graham crackers, pretzels or whatever you’d like.
