Become conscious of the food you eat
Some foods that you eat have low vibration in them. For example if they are consumed with pesticides they will make you feel weaker and you will have less energy and if they are loaded with fat and processed sugar, you will actually feel less energy and they could be damaging to your health. Good food that has higher vibration is organic fruit, nuts, and fresh fruit. Make it a priority to eat foods that you enjoy and are high vibration because you’ll feel better and have healthy body and smile.
Listen to music
Many people who listen to music enjoy the lyrics and have certain artists that they love. If you want to have more love in your life, you should listen to songs about passionate long-lasting love, rather than break ups and heartaches. If you want health in your life listen to music that is known to induce relaxation. the type of music we listen to can have a powerful impact on our life and health.
Practice compassion and self-forgiveness
Forgiving your past and having compassion for everyone including yourself is one of the hardest things to do in life. However it is the most rewarding when you let go of other people holding onto you and you let go of anger. You will feel more in control of your life. There’s no need to get revenge o you are jealous because when you truly forgive and practice compassion you are vibrating at a very high-level.
