My grandma is 92 years old and she is still beaming with love and light.

In a recent conversation with her I asked what her biggest take away are with 92 years of life.

 

She taught me how to be a woman who takes great care of myself. I used to spend a lot of time with her and I’d often watch her get ready for the day. These tips are nuggets of inspiration.

 

1. No need to worry it always works out in the end

2. Dance as if no one is watching

3. The new will rot your brain

4. Go outside and play it will make your feel better

5. Drink more water

6. Take time to relax

7. Follow your heart

8. Don’t give up on yourself or other people

9. Your body is your temple

10. Speak nice to yourself
