You don’t have to gain weight this holiday. Valentines day is a day to celebrate the love in your life, and you can actually lose weigh to. These foods will help you slim down.

Cacao

High quality chocolate is much easier to digest and can actually be good for you. Research shows that cacao is loaded with antioxidants. Which can encourage the production of serotonin, that feel-good hormone that will amplify feelings of well-being and happiness.

Spicy Chili Pepper

Your romantic life doesn’t have to be the only think spicing up this Valentine’s Day. Chili peppers will boost your metabolism, and they can increase your heart rate by stimulating your endorphins.

If you are staying in this Valentine’s Day, add cajun spices to your home cooked meal.

Mustard

In the Middle Ages, Monks were prohibited from eating mustard because it was believed to intensify sexual temptation and pleasure. Mustard can make any date sexier. It helps lower blood pressure and can also boost your metabolism.

Oysters

Oysters have long been known to increase sexual pleasure. The high levels of zinc in oysters can increase testosterone levels.

Green Tea

Green tea is loaded with antioxidants and can help speed up your metabolism. Drinking green tea regularly can help reduce your body mass index as well.
