Your relationship can make you happy but if you are not taking care of yourself, then you could be adding strain to your personal relationships. If you are in a romantic relationship, you may be fighting more than you would like. If you are, your health habits could be the main contributor.

Here are common health problems that could be the cause of your turmoil in relationships.

Not Flossing

Not flossing your teeth is a common habit that many people do, but it can affect your sex life. Bad breath is a common side effect of not flossing your teeth, but men who don’t floss could suffer problems like erectile dysfunction.

People who don’t floss their teeth have more bleeding in the gums and often get gum disease.

Men who have gum disease often report having problems in the bedroom.  Not flossing your teeth and gums can add more bacteria in your mouth and that can enter the blood stream and clog blood vessels up. Start flossing for optimal health.

Eating Too Much

Sometimes people eat too much and eat food well paste their limit. If you are in a new relationship, many people eat more because the dates are plenty. When you go out a lot you tend to eat more. People also eat a lot of food and feel full. If you become bloated and full it could cause acid reflux. This could hinder your romantic relationship. Instead of eating too much food learn to listen to your body. Eating too much food can cause toothaches, tooth decay and bloated stomach.

Drinking to Much Sugar Drinks

Many people don’t realize that the foods and drinks they take could rock a relationship to its core. Sugar filled soda can create a false sense of happiness, people feel happy than come crashing down. This can cause tension in the relationship. Drinking soda drinks can also cause a lot of toothaches and pain.

Bad Breath

Having bad breath can prevent romance from blossoming. Some people have chronic bad breathe without knowing it. If you suffer from bad breath you can visit your dentist and they will help.
