Cleanse. It sounds so refreshing. So revitalizing, and like so much work, right? It doesn’t have to be. We’ve found Conscious Cleanse, which offers daily support, a cleanse manual, recipes, coaching, and more, but if you are looking to have the beverages shipped your way, hey, we’ve found a really simple method. Cleansing in a box.

Essentially the following companies offer cleanse-happy drinks that are pre-ready for you to enjoy. There are quite a few available online, but be sure to do some research to ensure you’re getting what you want.

The Cooler Cleanse. This cleanse focuses on “living food” juices- that come in either a 3-day supply or a 5-day supply. For the cleanse you replace your three meals with six juices, cutting out any other extras. The juices sound delicious including Brazil Nut milk made from brazil nuts and dates, or the Essential Green with cucumber, celery, spinach, pear, ginger, and lemon. You can opt to order the Cooler Way raw foods meals as well, which makes the transition to and out of the cleanse a bit easier. Pricing starts at $58.
Our other favorite ship-to-your-door cleanse is Organic Avenue. The Love Deep Cleanse is their liquid-only cleanse (and the only one available nationally). The 5-day cleanse includes instructions, juicing, and daily support. Their website lists all of the juices available, but they sound incredible, including kale and pear, and the master tonic. Also available on the site are mylks (non-milk beverages), smoothies, and boosters. Pricing starts at $60+ per day.
The easiest way to do a cleanse is really with your Vitamix. Choose a cleanse that you believe in (like the Conscious Cleanse), grab your mixer, and throw in the ingredients that will make you glow. We love adding handfuls of kale and spinach to an otherwise “sweet” smoothie, upping the ante of beneficial nutrients.
