Strawberry Banana Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients for 2 smoothies

  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 8 ripe strawberries, hulled
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh, grated ginger
  • 2 cups sweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • handful of ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a blender and pulse until very smooth and no ice chunks remain.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.
