Hot Oil Nail & Cuticle Treatment

This blend will nourish both nails and cuticles. It will soften the cuticles, while promoting strength and flexibility in the nails.

1/4 cup extravirgin olive‚ oil

2 vitamin E capsules

1 tsp. honey

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan to a comfortable warm temperature. Cut the vitamin E capsules in half and squeeze the oil into the olive oil. Add the honey and stir to blend. Do not overheat. Pour into a bowl large enough to fit one hand. Soak your nails for as long as desired and massage excess oil into hands, feet, and dry skin. Discard after use.‚ ‚ ‚
