Soda is just sugar and corn syrup it is highly toxic to your body. Here are seven side effects of soda and how dangerous it really is for your health.

Damage Your Bones

The colors you see and sodas are created from a chemical. The chemical Carmel is highly toxic and all cosmetic. It is made in a factory and doesn’t add any flavor just color. For a fake look, and it is full of carcinogens which are dangerous to the body.

Carcinogens and Aspartame

Carcinogens are not added to diet sodas instead aspartame is added aspartame is impossible to digest. It is combined with amino acids in methanol. Methanol is a form of acid that is found in meth and other drugs. Diet soda is deadly to the body.

High fructose corn syrup

High fructose corn syrup is a highly concentrated type of sugar. It is fructose derived directly from corn and it will add to the body fat instantly. High fructose corn syrup can also trigger high cholesterol and make you more hungry.

This is why people gain weight when they drink soda.

Potassium Benzoate

Potassium Benzoate is a preservative that will be broken down in the body. It is very toxic because when the Potassium Benzoate is combined with the sun it becomes carcinogen which is a deadly exhaust and chemical. Don’t put your soda outside.

Food Dyes

Food dyes cause problems in the body you’ll have a difficult time focusing you will be hyperactive and it will also impair brain function. Drinking soda regularly will cause major tooth decay and damage.
