You may have heard of the powerful benefits of drinking green tea. It is a mood stabilizer; it can balance your blood pressure, increase metabolism and help aid in weight loss. Many people detox with green tea by exchanging their morning coffee with a cup of green tea. Try it for a week and see how you feel.

5. Get A New Toothpaste

Studies show that people who don’t replace their toothbrush or toothpaste flavor often tend to brush less which means they could potentially have more cavities and oral health problems.
