Everyone is talking about detoxing, dieting and focusing on getting in shape. I personally practice an alternative way to love life to the fullest. Although I do love my morning green juice and an awesome hot yoga session, my routine goes a little deeper.
Consider that our physical space and environment is a reflection of our internal state. What I am suggesting is that if you feel like crap, no amount of downward dog or vegetables, will help you feel more peace. Unlimited happiness starts from within.
When we clean out clutter, it removes the blocks to every other aspect in our lives. It becomes a gateway to let more life in. Think about your own life and where you feel blocked. If you have a door that is blocked with junk, you can’t open it. The same thing is true in an energetic sense. When we have emotional, physical and material trash piled high, it drains us, slows us down, and blocks us. So the first step to playing with the world and living life to the fullest is to strip down and clear out clutter.
