The important aspects of cooking pasta are to make sure you do not over cook the pasta.  Check your pasta every couple of minutes for optimal pasta.

3.  Cupcakes

Just because you go gluten-free doesn’t mean you have to stay away from the sweet treats. Gluten-free cupcakes arte a great treat for any time of the year. You can put some in the freezer for an added bonus.

You can defrost the gluten-free cupcakes and add icing or simple eat them cold. Whether it is a birthday party, a special occasion or just a regular day, cupcakes represent fun.

4. Gluten-free vitamins

Just because you are gluten-free doesn’t mean you should skip your daily vitamins. There are many gluten-free options available for gluten-free diets. Make sure you take them daily for optimal health.

5. Travel with condiments

Never relay on restaurants to have gluten free options. It is best to travel with your own gluten-free condiments. Pack a mini container of ketchup, dip, mayo or hot sauce. This will help you enjoy your food more and worry less. Let’s face it going gluten free at first is difficult. You can make it a little bit easier when you take your health into your own hands.
