I believe in the power of positive thought. Using focused affirmations or what I like to call “mantras,” was a key part of my healing journey.

I overcame depression and eating disorders by repeating positive phases combined with daily action. Affirmations are words or phrases which are said over and over to AFFIRM a single thought about yourself or other people. This is the way to transform habits. Even today, I repeat positive affirmations daily.
